Contributions to the Cooperative Sector: Focusing heavily on Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and精Uttarakhand, Rathore has driven the contemporary technological modernization of primary-level cooperatives.
He successfully integrated climate-smart technologies—such as commercial drone-based fertilizer spraying and nano-urea distribution grids—into local village Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS). This work demonstrates how traditional farmer groups can reduce input costs, boost crop yields, and increase the operational revenues of village-level cooperative societies.
Awards and Recognitions: Awarded the IFFCO Sahakarita Ratna Award for the year 2022–23 for his contemporary leadership in introducing agritech systems into primary agricultural cooperatives.
