Under his long stewardship of the State Co-operative Union, he overhauled the curriculum of the state's cooperative training colleges to include modern data analytics and digital auditing systems.He has been a prominent national voice opposing aggressive federal banking regulations that threaten to strip local village-level primary societies of their traditional "bank" status, successfully defending the financial autonomy of small community-owned institutions.
