Copyright & Takedown Policy

1. Introduction
1. CoopWiki respects intellectual property rights and provides mechanisms for reporting copyright infringement, unauthorized logo usage, impersonation, and disputed content uploaded or published on the platform.
2. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that content uploaded, submitted, edited, or published by them does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable laws.
2. Copyright Complaints
1. Any person claiming that content available on CoopWiki infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights may submit a complaint to CoopWiki through the designated reporting or grievance mechanisms.
2. Complaints may be sent to the Chief Operating Officer, Unified Advantage Consulting Company (UACC) Pvt Ltd, Door No. S-13, 2nd Floor, Ajiyal Complex, NKS Business Center, Building No. 14, 1582, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala 682030, or by email to info@coopwiki.com.
3. The complaint should include:
1. Identification of the allegedly infringing content,
2. The location or URL of the disputed material,
3. Details of the claimed ownership rights,
4. Supporting documents or evidence,
5. Contact details of the complainant,
6. A statement confirming that the complaint is made in good faith.
1. CoopWiki may request additional information or verification before taking action on a complaint.
3. Logo and Trademark Removal Requests
1. Societies, organizations, trademark owners, or authorized representatives may request removal of logos, trademarks, branding materials, or identifying content alleged to be unauthorized, misleading, infringing, or improperly used on the platform.
2. CoopWiki reserves the right to review such requests and may remove, restrict, archive, or modify disputed content pending verification or review.
4. Impersonation Reporting
1. Users may report profiles, pages, uploads, or content that falsely impersonate cooperative societies, representatives, organizations, moderators, or third parties.
2. Where CoopWiki reasonably believes that impersonation, deceptive representation, or fraudulent activity may exist, the platform may suspend access, restrict visibility, remove content, revoke verification status, or disable accounts without prior notice.
5. Content Disputes
1. CoopWiki may receive disputes relating to:
1. Inaccurate information,
2. Unauthorized uploads,
3. Defamatory content,
4. Misleading claims,
5. Copyright infringement,
6. Ownership disputes,
7. Impersonation,
8. Misuse of publicly available information.
1. The platform may review disputed content internally and may request clarification, supporting documents, verification materials, or additional information from affected parties before taking action.
2. Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal, modification, or restoration of content.
6. Response Timelines
1. CoopWiki shall make reasonable efforts to review complaints, takedown requests, and dispute submissions within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the dispute, availability of supporting information, verification requirements, moderation workload, legal considerations, or operational factors.
2. CoopWiki does not guarantee fixed timelines for investigation, removal, restoration, or resolution of disputes.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
1. Users repeatedly involved in copyright infringement, impersonation, unauthorized uploads, fraudulent submissions, trademark misuse, or repeated policy violations may be subject to content removal, suspension, restriction of platform access, revocation of verification status, or permanent account termination.
2. CoopWiki may preserve moderation records, complaint histories, revision logs, and enforcement records relating to repeat violations for legal compliance, operational integrity, and dispute handling purposes.
8. Moderation and Editorial Rights
1. CoopWiki reserves unrestricted rights to review, remove, restrict, archive, disable, preserve, modify, or restore content, uploads, logos, documents, pages, or accounts at its discretion and without prior notice where considered necessary for legal compliance, moderation, platform integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or protection of third-party rights.
2. Moderation actions taken by CoopWiki shall not constitute legal findings, ownership determinations, or certification of rights.
9. Disclaimer
1. CoopWiki operates as a moderated public information and community-contribution platform. The platform does not independently verify ownership claims relating to all uploaded content, logos, images, documents, or user submissions and shall not be responsible for unlawful uploads or third-party misuse conducted by users.
2. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that content submitted by them does not violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
