Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CoopWiki website, platform, applications, features, services and related functionalities (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is, developed, owned and operated by Unified Advantage Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the applicable laws of India, having its registered office at Door No. S-13, 2nd Floor, Ajiyal Complex, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala – 682030, Ernakulam, Kerala, India (hereinafter referred to as “Unified Advantage Consulting Pvt. Ltd.”, “CoopWiki”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
“Account” means a registered account created by a User for accessing or using features, functionalities or services of the Platform that require registration.
“Applicable Law” means all applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, notifications, directions, orders, judgments, governmental requirements and other legally binding instruments applicable to CoopWiki, the Platform, or the relevant activity or User, as amended or replaced from time to time.
“Content” means any information, material, data or other content made available through the Platform, including text, articles, records, documents, images, photographs, logos, profiles, listings, reviews, references, links, financial information, society information and other materials.
“Society” or “Cooperative Society” means a cooperative society, cooperative institution or other cooperative entity whose information, records, profile or other materials are made available through the Platform.
“User” means any individual, cooperative society, company, organisation, institution, representative or other person who accesses, browses, registers with, contributes to, or otherwise uses the Platform.
“User Content” means any Content submitted, uploaded, created, edited, transmitted, published or otherwise made available on the Platform by a User or on a User’s behalf.
“Verification” means any limited verification, identity check, document review, email or OTP confirmation, representative confirmation or other internal review undertaken by CoopWiki for platform-management, identification or moderation purposes.
“Policies” means the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright and Takedown Policy, Grievance Redressal Policy and any other policies, guidelines or rules published by CoopWiki and applicable to the use of the Platform.
Interpretation. Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to any gender include all genders. References to clauses or sections are references to clauses or sections of these Terms.
Introduction
Welcome to CoopWiki, an independent public information and community-contribution platform dedicated to cooperative societies in India. The Platform facilitates the collection, organisation, presentation, indexing, publication, contribution, editing and access to information relating to cooperative societies, including publicly available records, society-submitted information and information contributed by Users and other authorised contributors.
CoopWiki operates as a moderated wiki-style informational repository that aggregates publicly available information, society-submitted information, and user-contributed content relating to cooperative societies, their operations, governance, financial disclosures, public records, and related institutional information.
CoopWiki is not a government authority, statutory body, official registrar, certification authority, auditing authority, financial advisor, investment recommendation platform, or legal verification authority. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CoopWiki has no affiliation with the Government of India, any State Government, Registrar of Cooperative Societies, or any regulatory authority.
Information available on the platform may originate from publicly accessible records, user contributions, society submissions, moderators, third-party contributors, or aggregated public data sources. While CoopWiki may implement moderation, review, and verification procedures, the platform does not guarantee the authenticity, completeness, reliability, legality, accuracy, or timeliness of any information displayed on the website. All content is made available strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for informational purposes only.
By accessing, browsing, registering with, contributing to, editing, uploading content to, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any policies, guidelines or additional terms expressly incorporated into or made applicable to these Terms.
Eligibility and User Registration
Users may access certain portions of the platform without registration; however, access to contribution features, moderation systems, verification requests, editing privileges, or community participation may require registration through email addresses, mobile numbers, OTP-based verification systems, or other identity verification mechanisms implemented by CoopWiki.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts, passwords, login credentials, and verification information. Any activity conducted through a registered account shall be deemed to have been conducted by the registered user.
CoopWiki reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, disable, terminate, or investigate any account, registration, verification request, or platform activity without prior notice where necessary for moderation, fraud prevention, impersonation prevention, dispute handling, security, operational integrity, or legal compliance.
The Website and the services provided through it are intended primarily for persons who have attained the age of 18 years. By accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to do so under applicable law.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may access or use the Website only with the involvement, supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian. Where required, any enquiry, communication, submission of information or engagement of services on behalf of a minor must be made or authorised by the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children without appropriate parental or legal-guardian consent. If we become aware that personal information has been submitted by a minor without the required consent, we may take reasonable steps to delete such information or restrict the relevant access, subject to applicable law.
The parent or legal guardian shall be responsible for ensuring that the minor’s use of the Website complies with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
User Contributions and Content Submission
CoopWiki allows users to create society pages, edit informational content, upload documents or images, submit corrections, provide references, contribute publicly available information, and participate in collaborative informational development relating to cooperative societies.
By submitting content to CoopWiki, users represent and warrant that:
the submitted information is lawful and accurate to the best of their knowledge;
the content does not infringe intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of third parties;
the content is not defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful;
the submission does not involve impersonation or false representation;
the content does not contain deceptive or misleading financial claims;
the user has lawful authority to upload or publish the submitted material.
Users remain solely responsible for all content submitted, uploaded, edited, or published through their accounts or activities on the platform.
The Platform may contain content generated or assisted by AI. Such content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or other defects. The Platform does not warrant its accuracy, completeness or reliability and shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from reliance on or use of such content, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users are responsible for independently verifying such content before relying upon or using it.
Contributor License
Users retain ownership of original content submitted by them to the extent permissible under applicable law. However, by uploading, publishing, submitting, editing, transmitting, or otherwise contributing content to CoopWiki, users grant CoopWiki a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, archive, publish, distribute, display, summarize, adapt, translate, publicly communicate, create derivative works from, index, and otherwise use such content for purposes relating to the operation, administration, moderation, preservation, promotion, improvement, archival maintenance, and lawful functioning of the platform.
This license shall survive account deletion, removal requests, inactivity, suspension, or termination to the extent necessary for maintaining historical revisions, audit logs, moderation records, dispute resolution records, legal compliance requirements, fraud prevention mechanisms, and public-interest archival integrity.
Public Information Aggregation
CoopWiki operates partly as a public-information aggregation and indexing platform. The platform may collect, organize, display, archive, or reproduce publicly available information relating to cooperative societies, including registration details, office addresses, publicly available board member information, operational details, notices, publicly accessible financial information, and publicly available institutional records.
Users acknowledge that factual public information and non-original compilations may not be subject to exclusive ownership claims. CoopWiki reserves the right to organize, categorize, summarize, archive, and display publicly available informational records in accordance with applicable law.
Moderation and Editorial Discretion
All submissions, edits, uploads, corrections, verification requests, and community contributions may be reviewed by moderators, senior moderators, administrators, or authorized personnel of CoopWiki.
Moderation procedures are implemented solely for operational, organizational, and platform-management purposes and do not constitute legal authentication, financial validation, statutory approval, regulatory endorsement, audit certification, or governmental recognition of any content or entity displayed on the platform.
CoopWiki reserves unrestricted editorial and moderation discretion to:
* approve or reject submissions;
* modify or remove content;
* restrict edits or uploads;
* archive historical revisions;
* suspend or lock pages;
* disable user privileges;
* remove verification status;
* reverse edits;
* preserve moderation logs;
* escalate disputes for internal review.
Moderation decisions may be taken without prior notice and shall remain subject to internal review procedures where applicable.
Verification and Claimed Society Pages
Cooperative societies and authorized representatives may request verification status or claim management access over society pages hosted on CoopWiki. Verification may involve internal review procedures including OTP verification, official email confirmation, supporting document review, moderator assessment, or identity verification mechanisms as determined by the platform.
Verification on CoopWiki only signifies completion of limited internal platform checks and does not imply:
* government approval;
* statutory recognition;
* legal authentication;
* financial trustworthiness;
* regulatory compliance certification;
* investment safety;
* audit validation;
* official endorsement.
Terms such as “CoopWiki Verified,” “Verified Representative,” or “Identity Verified” are used solely for limited internal identification and moderation purposes.
CoopWiki reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, revoke, restrict, remove, or modify verification status, claimed access privileges, or verification indicators at any time without prior notice.
Financial Information Disclaimer
Financial information displayed on CoopWiki may originate from public records, society submissions, publicly available filings, community contributions, or third-party informational sources. Such information may not be independently audited, verified, reviewed, or validated.
Financial information hosted on the platform may become outdated, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to subsequent modification. Users must independently verify all financial information before relying on it for investment, lending, operational, commercial, legal, accounting, regulatory, or financial decision-making purposes.
CoopWiki does not provide investment advice, financial advice, accounting services, audit services, or regulatory certification and shall not be responsible for any financial or commercial decisions made based on platform content.
Board Member Information and Personal Data
Information relating to office bearers, directors, board members, or representatives of cooperative societies may originate from publicly available records, society submissions, authorized representatives, or public filings.
CoopWiki may review correction requests, clarification submissions, dispute notices, or removal requests relating to personal or institutional information; however, the platform reserves full editorial discretion regarding publication, modification, archival preservation, or removal of content.
Historical revisions, moderation records, and archived informational versions may continue to be retained for transparency, moderation integrity, audit logging, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights relating to CoopWiki’s platform software, database structures, platform architecture, design systems, layout, branding, logos, moderation systems, search systems, compilation structures, interface elements, and proprietary operational systems remain the exclusive property of CoopWiki or its licensors.
Society names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and third-party intellectual property displayed on the platform remain the property of their respective owners.
Users shall not upload, publish, reproduce, distribute, or transmit copyrighted, infringing, unauthorized, unlawful, or proprietary material without lawful authority or permission.
Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in activities including:
* creation of fake societies or misleading pages;
* impersonation of individuals or institutions;
* fraudulent verification attempts;
* publication of misleading financial claims;
* defamatory or abusive content;
* misinformation or malicious edits;
* spam or deceptive activity;
* hate speech or unlawful content;
* unauthorized advertising;
* copyright infringement;
* manipulation of public information;
* unlawful or fraudulent activity.
CoopWiki reserves the right to suspend, restrict, permanently ban, investigate, or report users engaging in prohibited conduct to lawful authorities where required.
Copyright Complaints and Takedown Requests
CoopWiki may provide mechanisms for reporting copyright infringement, impersonation, unauthorized logo usage, defamatory content, inaccurate information, privacy concerns, or unlawful uploads.
Upon receiving complaints or legal notices, CoopWiki may review, restrict, disable, archive, or remove disputed content pending investigation or moderation review. Repeat infringers or abusive contributors may have their accounts restricted or terminated.
Copyright or other rights-based complaints may be submitted through the designated email address, online form or other mechanism specified in the applicable Copyright and Takedown Policy, together with sufficient information to identify the disputed Content and the basis of the complaint.
CoopWiki may request supporting information, notify affected Users, restrict or remove disputed Content, preserve relevant records or decline unsupported complaints. Where legally required or necessary to address serious risk, CoopWiki may take immediate action.
Affected Users may submit a response, counter-notice or supporting documentation where permitted.
Revision History and Audit Logs
CoopWiki may maintain permanent or long-term records including edit histories, timestamps, moderation logs, approval records, archived versions, revision histories, dispute records, verification records, and user activity logs for purposes relating to transparency, moderation integrity, fraud prevention, operational continuity, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
Users acknowledge that historical revisions or archived content may continue to exist even after edits, removal requests, or account termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties, Intermediary Status and Statutory Compliance
Nature and Role of CoopWiki. CoopWiki is an online platform and intermediary that primarily provides a technological infrastructure through which Users and third parties may create, upload, publish, store, access, discover, communicate, and share information, content, profiles, records, documents, and other materials.
Limited Intermediary Role. Except to the extent expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, CoopWiki does not originate, create, author, adopt, endorse, approve, verify, control, or independently determine the substance of User-generated content made available through the Platform.
No Agency or Representation. The availability of any User, contributor, organization, profile, listing, document, review, verification indicator, badge, rating, or other content on the Platform shall not be construed as an endorsement, recommendation, certification, representation, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or authorization by CoopWiki.
Independent Users. Users are independent participants on the Platform. CoopWiki is not a party to any contract, transaction, communication, engagement, professional relationship, commercial arrangement, or other interaction entered into between Users or between a User and any third party through or as a result of the Platform, unless CoopWiki expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
No Editorial Responsibility for User Content. Except where CoopWiki voluntarily undertakes specific moderation or where action is required under applicable law, CoopWiki does not assume editorial responsibility for User-generated content merely because such content is hosted, transmitted, stored, indexed, displayed, or made accessible through the Platform.
Information Technology Act, 2000. CoopWiki intends to operate, to the extent applicable to its activities, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended from time to time, and other applicable rules, regulations, notifications, directions, and governmental requirements relating to intermediaries.
No Guarantee of Safe-Harbour Protection. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation or guarantee that CoopWiki will qualify for, or retain, intermediary safe-harbour protection in every circumstance. The availability and extent of such protection shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and the facts and circumstances of the relevant matter
Due Diligence and Cooperation. CoopWiki may implement reasonable systems, policies, procedures, moderation mechanisms, grievance mechanisms, notice-and-action procedures, and other measures required or considered appropriate for compliance with applicable intermediary laws and regulations.
Governmental and Legal Directions. CoopWiki may, without prior notice where legally permissible, remove, restrict, disable access to, preserve, disclose, or otherwise process content, information, accounts, or data where CoopWiki reasonably believes that such action is necessary to comply with applicable law, court orders, governmental directions, regulatory requirements, law-enforcement requests, or its legal obligations.
No Duty to Monitor Generally. Except to the extent required by applicable law, CoopWiki does not undertake a general obligation to monitor, investigate, or proactively review all content uploaded, transmitted, published, or stored by Users.
Voluntary Moderation. Any moderation, review, verification, classification, ranking, filtering, removal, restriction, or other action undertaken by CoopWiki shall not, by itself, constitute an assumption of responsibility for all User-generated content or a waiver of any statutory intermediary protection available to CoopWiki.
Disclaimer of Warranties. CoopWiki makes no representation or warranty that any content, information, profile, verification indicator, record, statement, document, review, rating, or service available on the Platform is accurate, complete, authentic, lawful, current, reliable, suitable, or fit for any particular purpose.
As-Is and As-Available. The Platform and all associated content and services are provided strictly on an “AS-IS,” “AS-AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
Data Protection and DPDP Act Compliance
Applicable Data Protection Law. CoopWiki shall process Digital Personal Data, where applicable, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), and applicable rules, regulations, notifications, and directions issued thereunder, as and when applicable to CoopWiki and its processing activities.
Nature of Data Processing. Depending upon the particular processing activity, CoopWiki may process Digital Personal Data for purposes including account creation and management, authentication, verification, operation and security of the Platform, communication with Users, prevention of fraud and misuse, compliance with legal obligations, grievance handling, enforcement of these Terms, and other purposes disclosed to Users in the applicable Privacy Policy.
Data Fiduciary and Data Processor Roles. The status and obligations of CoopWiki in relation to particular processing activities shall be determined in accordance with the DPDP Act and the actual nature and purpose of such processing. Where CoopWiki determines the purpose and means of processing Personal Data, it may act as a Data Fiduciary; where it processes Personal Data on behalf of another person or entity, it may act as a Data Processor, to the extent applicable under law.
Consent and Lawful Grounds. Where consent is required under the DPDP Act, CoopWiki shall seek such consent in accordance with applicable law. Where processing is otherwise permitted or required under applicable law, CoopWiki may process Digital Personal Data on the applicable lawful basis without obtaining separate consent where legally permitted.
Notice and Transparency. CoopWiki shall provide applicable notices regarding the processing of Digital Personal Data through its Privacy Policy, consent mechanisms, Platform notices, or other legally permissible means.
User Rights. Subject to applicable law, Users and Data Principals may exercise rights available to them under the DPDP Act, including rights relating to access to information about processing, correction, updating, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by CoopWiki and applicable law.
Withdrawal of Consent. Where processing is based on consent, a Data Principal may withdraw consent in accordance with applicable law and the procedures provided by CoopWiki. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal and shall not affect processing that CoopWiki is otherwise legally permitted or required to undertake.
Security Safeguards. CoopWiki shall implement reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Digital Personal Data and the processing activities, having regard to applicable legal requirements, technical feasibility, and reasonable security practices.
Data Retention. CoopWiki may retain Digital Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, for compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, prevention of fraud or misuse, security, audit, or other purposes permitted under applicable law.
Deletion and Account Closure. Where a User requests deletion of Digital Personal Data, CoopWiki shall process such request in accordance with applicable law. Deletion may be subject to lawful retention requirements, ongoing legal proceedings, contractual obligations, security requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legally permissible grounds for retention. Account closure may result in the loss of access to the account, content, contributions, or other features associated with the account. Where any content submitted or contributed by the user is intended to remain part of CoopWiki’s services or knowledge resources, such content may be retained, anonymised, or otherwise processed in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Third-Party Service Providers. CoopWiki may engage technology providers, hosting providers, cloud service providers, analytics providers, communication providers, security providers, verification providers, payment processors, and other service providers to process information on its behalf, subject to applicable law and appropriate contractual or technical safeguards.
Data Breaches and Security Incidents. In the event of a personal data breach or other security incident, CoopWiki shall take such measures, provide such notices, and make such disclosures as may be required under applicable law.
User Responsibility. Users shall not upload, publish, disclose, or otherwise process another person’s Digital Personal Data through the Platform unless they have a lawful basis and the necessary authority, consent, or permission to do so. Users shall be solely responsible for any unlawful disclosure or processing of Personal Data arising from their conduct.
Privacy Policy. The CoopWiki Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and governs the collection, processing, use, storage, disclosure, retention, and protection of Personal Data in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Intermediary Protection. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoopWiki shall not be liable for User-generated content, third-party content, communications, representations, acts, omissions, transactions, or conduct merely because such material or activity is hosted, transmitted, stored, displayed, indexed, or made available through the Platform.
No Responsibility for User Content. CoopWiki does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, legality, ownership, completeness, reliability, or consequences of User-generated content, except to the extent liability is imposed upon CoopWiki by applicable law.
Third-Party Conduct. CoopWiki shall not be liable for any act, omission, fraud, misconduct, negligence, misrepresentation, impersonation, unlawful activity, breach of contract, or other conduct of any User, contributor, organization, advertiser, service provider, or third party.
Data and Privacy Claims. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the DPDP Act or any other applicable data protection law. Subject to such mandatory obligations, CoopWiki shall not be liable for any loss caused by a User’s unlawful disclosure, unauthorized uploading, misuse, or improper handling of Personal Data.
Excluded Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoopWiki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential, or remote loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, data, contracts, or commercial relationships.
Liability Cap. Subject to applicable law, the aggregate liability of CoopWiki and its officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, service providers, moderators, and administrators arising out of or relating to the Platform INR 1,000, whichever is lower.
Mandatory Liability. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding or restricting liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.
Indemnification
Comprehensive User Indemnity. The User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoopWiki and its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, moderators, administrators, affiliates, agents, representatives, licensors, contractors, service providers, and successors from and against all claims, demands, complaints, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal and professional fees, arising out of or relating to:
User-generated content or information submitted, uploaded, published, transmitted, stored, or otherwise made available by the User;
infringement or alleged infringement of intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any person;
defamation, impersonation, fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct;
false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information supplied by the User;
violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable intermediary rules, the DPDP Act, applicable data protection requirements, or any other applicable law;
unlawful collection, disclosure, publication, transfer, processing, or misuse of Personal Data by the User;
breach of any representation, warranty, undertaking, or obligation contained in these Terms;
misuse of the Platform or any CoopWiki service;
any transaction, communication, contract, relationship, dispute, or interaction between the User and another User or third party;
any claim arising from the User’s failure to obtain required consent, authorization, licence, permission, or legal right;
any claim arising from the User’s activities conducted through or facilitated by the Platform; or
any regulatory, governmental, administrative, civil, criminal, or other proceeding arising from the User’s acts or omissions.
Indemnification for Data Claims. Without limiting the foregoing, the User shall indemnify CoopWiki against claims, penalties, costs, and liabilities arising from the User’s unlawful collection, uploading, disclosure, publication, transfer, processing, or misuse of Personal Data belonging to another person.
Defence of Claims. Upon becoming aware of a claim potentially subject to indemnification, CoopWiki may require the User to assume and fund the defence of such claim through counsel reasonably acceptable to CoopWiki.
CoopWiki’s Right to Control Defence. CoopWiki shall have the right, at its discretion and where necessary to protect its interests, to assume exclusive control over the defence, settlement, or resolution of any claim covered by this indemnity.
No Settlement Without Consent. The User shall not settle or compromise any claim involving CoopWiki without CoopWiki’s prior written consent where such settlement imposes any liability, obligation, restriction, admission, or adverse finding upon CoopWiki.
Continuing Indemnity. The obligations contained in this Clause shall survive termination, suspension, deletion, or expiry of the User’s account and shall continue for so long as any claim may lawfully be brought against CoopWiki arising from the User’s conduct or content.
Cumulative Remedies. The rights and remedies of CoopWiki under this Clause are cumulative and are in addition to any other rights or remedies available to CoopWiki under these Terms or applicable law.
No Limitation by CoopWiki’s Knowledge. The User’s indemnification obligations shall apply irrespective of whether CoopWiki knew or should have known of the circumstances giving rise to the relevant claim, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Recovery of Costs. CoopWiki shall be entitled to recover from the User all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in investigating, responding to, defending, resolving, or enforcing rights in relation to any matter for which the User is required to indemnify CoopWiki under these Terms.
Statutory Savings and Prevailing Law
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or contract out of any mandatory statutory right, obligation, protection, exemption, immunity, or remedy available to CoopWiki or any User under applicable Indian law.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made thereunder, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or any other applicable law, the mandatory statutory provision shall prevail only to the extent of such conflict.
To the maximum extent legally permissible, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
CoopWiki reserves the right to amend these Terms, its Privacy Policy, intermediary policies, grievance procedures, and other Platform policies from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, including changes to the Information Technology Act, 2000, intermediary rules, the DPDP Act, and rules or regulations issued thereunder.
Grievance Redressal And Dispute Resolution
Grievance Officer. CoopWiki shall designate a Grievance Officer or authorised grievance contact. The applicable name and contact details shall be published on the Platform or in the Grievance Redressal Policy.
Grievance Procedure. Grievances may be submitted through the designated mechanism. CoopWiki shall endeavour to acknowledge grievances within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days, subject to the nature of the matter and Applicable Law.
Pre-Litigation Resolution. Before commencing proceedings in relation to a dispute arising from these Terms, the parties shall, where reasonably practicable, attempt to resolve the dispute through written notice and good-faith discussions, without prejudice to any urgent or mandatory statutory remedy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in the State of Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the use of CoopWiki or these Terms and Conditions.
