Verification & Claimed Society Policy

1. Introduction
1. CoopWiki may provide limited verification and claimed access mechanisms for cooperative societies and authorized representatives using the platform. Verification and claimed access are intended solely for internal platform administration, moderation, identity confirmation, and management purposes.
2. Any verification conducted by CoopWiki is limited in scope and does not constitute governmental recognition, statutory certification, legal authentication, audit approval, financial endorsement, or regulatory validation.
2. Meaning of Verification
1. Verification on CoopWiki indicates only that limited internal review procedures or identity checks may have been completed by the platform.
2. Verification may include review of:
1. OTP confirmations,
2. Official communication channels,
3. Supporting documents,
4. Representative details,
5. Internal moderation assessments,
6. Account ownership indicators.
1. Verification is provided solely at the discretion of CoopWiki and may vary depending on the nature of the request, available information, moderation review, or operational requirements.
3. Verification Does Not Mean
1. Verification or claimed status on CoopWiki does not imply:
1. Government approval,
2. Statutory recognition,
3. Legal compliance certification,
4. Audit validation,
5. Financial trustworthiness,
6. Investment safety,
7. Regulatory endorsement,
8. Operational legitimacy,
9. Authenticity guarantee,
10. Legal authentication.
1. Users must independently verify all information relating to cooperative societies, representatives, financial data, operational claims, or public records before relying on such information.
4. Claimed Society Access
1. Cooperative societies or their representatives may request claimed access over society pages available on the platform.
2. Claim requests may require:
1. OTP verification,
2. Official email verification,
3. Supporting documents,
4. Identity confirmation,
5. Moderator review,
6. Senior moderator approval,
7. Additional verification procedures as determined by CoopWiki.
1. Submission of claim requests or supporting documents does not guarantee approval, verification, or continued access.
2. CoopWiki reserves unrestricted discretion to approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or revoke claimed access requests.
5. Verification and Claim Review Process
1. All verification and claimed access requests may undergo moderation review, internal assessment, document review, fraud prevention checks, or identity confirmation procedures.
2. CoopWiki may request additional information, clarification, supporting materials, or further verification at any stage of the review process.
3. The platform reserves the right to reject applications that are incomplete, misleading, suspicious, unverifiable, inaccurate, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform policies.
4. Moderation and verification decisions made by CoopWiki shall remain discretionary and final subject to internal review procedures where applicable.
6. Revocation Rights
1. CoopWiki reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, revoke, remove, restrict, disable, or modify verification status, claimed access privileges, or representative access at any time and without prior notice.
2. Verification or claimed access may be revoked where CoopWiki reasonably believes that:
1. inaccurate information has been provided,
2. impersonation may exist,
3. misuse of platform privileges has occurred,
4. platform policies have been violated,
5. disputes arise regarding authority or ownership,
6. fraudulent activity is suspected,
7. continued verification may create legal, operational, or reputational risks.
1. Revocation of verification or claimed status shall not create any liability, obligation, or compensation rights against CoopWiki.
7. Disclaimer
1. Verification systems are internal operational tools intended solely for limited platform administration and moderation purposes. CoopWiki does not guarantee the authenticity, authority, legality, financial condition, compliance status, or operational legitimacy of verified societies or representatives.
2. Users interact with verified or claimed accounts entirely at their own discretion and risk.
